Overview

Shanghai Tengqi Stainless Steel Uncoiler Leveling Cut-to-Length Line (0.3-3×1350), specially designed for stainless steel and metal coil precision processing. Features six-high dual leveling mechanism with 19 rollers (9 upper / 10 lower), Yaskawa high-performance servo drive system and Mitsubishi PLC control. Capable of processing 0.2-3mm thickness, 1250mm width stainless steel/metal coils. Load capacity 16,000kg, output length 500-6000mm, speed 0-60m/min. Equipped with hydraulic motor shear and gantry type bidirectional stacking.
